Jackie Chandiru was born on 13 September 1984 at Nsambya Hospital to Felix Eyaa and Josephine Eyaa. She’s a Ugandan artiste and her music career started as a member of all-girl music group Blu*3, which she performed alongside other members of the group Lilian Mbabazi and Cinderella Sanyu.

Back in 2002, she competed in the Coca-Cola Pop Star Competition and won with her group Blu*3. The group won many awards but in 2010 she went solo and released her first single “Agassi” in both Lugbara (her native language) and English. This particular song earned her an award Best RnB single in the Diva awards and Video of the Year award in the Pearl of Africa Music Awards 2011. There are reports about her being a drug addict which has affected her career badly.
