Molaudzi Masala Leonard was born on the 22 October 1968 in South Africa,started schooling in 1975 at Hamutsha Primary School in Venda and passed std 2,then moved to Tsianda primary school to do std 3_5.Secondary schooling at Tshipetane until matric in 1987.

Tertiary education was started in the then Venda College of Education(VECO) to obtain Secondary Teachers Diploma in 1991.
A short break of studying was taken due to work committment but registered with Tshwane University of Technology from 2003 to 2005 to obtain B.Tech in education Management.

Then registered with University of Venda to do ACE.SML.school leadership and management in 2010 _2011.Then furthered at Univen doing B.Ed(Hons) in 2013 and 2015.Currently finalising research for masters dissertation at Univen.
Work environment started immediately after completing,joined Gwamasenga secondary school in 1992 as a curriculum specialist(CS1) teacher offering Physical Sciences grades 10_12.In 2009 got promotion to become Deputy principal at the school.Was appointed acting principal in 2015 until present moment.
