Marvin Ugorji Biography

MARVIN UGORJI is a Musician, Author, Actor, Model
and Blogger from Nekede, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. He always go with the slogan “THIS
IS WAVES” in his songs. He was born on 28th of March, 1986 in Abia
State,Nigeria by Joseph Amanze Ndubuisi Ugorji and Maria Chinenye Ezemandu who
worked with Nitel and Nipost, Nigeria.

He is the first
financial secretary of ASTEC
ALUMNI. He graduated from ASTEC in
2003. During his stay in ASTEC,he
joined an Acappella singing group by name “Kings
Ambassadors” due to his
love for music. The singing group was made up of Victor
Ugoala(Vocalist),Marvin Ugorji(Tenor and Vocalist),Ejere
Ugboh Kalu(Tenor)Late Hans Nwachukwu(1st Alto),Late Finebone Peter(2nd
Alto),Ndubuisi Alor(Bass). Marvin Ugorji later went
on to Michael Okpara University,Umuahia(MOUU) for a

pre-degree programme in
biochemistry. He later got his bachelor’s degree in
Environmental Engineering Technology from Federal
University of
Technology,Owerri(FUTO). He also formed a singing group
known as
“Paradise Singers” in FUTO. Paradise singers was made up of
four singers
by name, Marvin Ugorji(Vocalist),Chigozie
Ofoedu(Alto), Anthony
Ejimofor(Tenor), Dube Lawson(Bass).

 An Ex-president of
National Society of Black Engineers, Futo chapter(NSBE) and also an Ex-
web-designer with destiny computers in Lagos state. He is also the founder of USAA-Universal
Science and Arts Association(www.usaanigeria.blogspot.com).
