Tumi Molekane Biography – Age

The South African rapper and poet Boitumelo “Tumi” Molekane was born on 16 August 1981 in Tanzania. He’s known by fans with different names such as MC Fatboy, The Poet MC and Stogie T. His musical career is a long one so far, such as being the lead vocalist of Tumi and the Volume, that was officially disbanded in 2012.

Since 2005, he began recording songs but came out with his debut album in 2006 which was titled Music from My Good Eye, through his record label, Motif Records. Molekane has collaborated with many South African artists such as  Blk Sonshine, Keorapetse Kgositsile, Watkin Tudor Jones, Lesego Rampolokeng. Saul Williams, Sarah Jones and Mutabaruka.
