South Africa’s Motsoaledi Setumo is an actress and radio producer born as Motsoaledi Kgothatso Elna Setumo on 15th April, 1991. When she was eight, her mother (Glenda Setumo) was involved in a car accident and being the only child of her mother, she had to with relatives for years while her mother was still recovering. She was born and raised in Kagiso on the Westrand.

Motsoaledi studied Media Studies and specialized in Radio Broadcasting at Boston Media House, from 2011-2013. She was first recognized for her role on Generations, in June 2015. She also played a recurring role as Thabitha Cele (Thabi), a raunchy young lady who was notably involved in a bondage scene involving hot candle wax, on the SABC1 soap opera Generations: The Legacy.
She also starred in Greed and Desire as Tselane Diamini.
