Represented Ireland in the Miss Hawaiian Tropic in 2002 in Oahu, beautiful Glenda Gilson was born March 1981. An Irish model and television presenter whose success has secured international recognition. She is married to Dublin businessman Rob MacNaughton.
After winning the Miss Hawaiian Tropic in 2002, Glenda went on to win the title for Europe. appeared in the pages of Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire and Company and Ireland’s own VIP . Gilson made two guest appearances in Katherine Lynch’s Wonder women.
As a presenter, she appeared as the face of Irish music channel Bubble Hits in August 2006, hosting the news and entertainment show Glenda’s Showbiz Gossip. In 2008, she joined the TV3’s Xposé team on a part-time basis before becoming a permanent fixture in 2009. She also appeared as a contestant on the RTÉ reality show, Celebrity Bainisteoir.
