Her resilience shone through as she continued her education while navigating single motherhood and past trauma.
Education & Career
Graduating from Penn State Abington in 2010 with a degree in Life Science, Fabiana later became a certified fitness trainer and health coach. Early on, she turned to fitness to overcome postpartum depression, an experience she describes as therapeutic and life-changing. Her breakthrough moment came in 2015 when she was crowned the winner of Oxygen Magazine’s 90-Day Training and Nutrition Challenge, making history as the first Latina to appear on the magazine’s cover.
During the COVID‑19 pandemic in 2020, she launched Queen Warriors, a home-grown fitness community and subscription-based program offering live workouts for women, particularly mothers seeking empowerment through movement and belonging. What began in her bedroom now attracts thousands of participants and supports a sizable team.
Today, Fabiana is a thriving fitness influencer and leader known for the Queen Warrior 3 Method™, a holistic approach blending HIIT, strength training, nutrition, and mindset coaching designed to help busy women regain strength, confidence, and emotional well-being
