Kamo Modisakeng (born 14 July 1994) is an actress from South Africa. She made her acting debut in the Vuzu Amp drama series aYeYe in 2015. She is popularly known for her starring role as Bassie, in the Mzansi Magic drama series Rockville.
Raised in the Gauteng province, she attended Dominican Convent High School in Belgravia, Johannesburg, where she first explored her interest in the creative arts.
Education & Turning Point
Though she initially enrolled in a journalism course at university, following the guidance of her mother, Kamo ultimately chose to pursue acting. Three months before finishing her journalism degree, she decided to follow her passion for performance and the arts.
