Yemi Eberechi Alade has her date of birth to be March 13, 1989. Yemi is a hybrid of Yoruba and Ibo as her father (James Alade) and mother (Uzoma Helen) are of Yoruba and Abia State respectively both from Nigeria. This gives her the title: “Yoruba-Ibo girl”. Alade is the fifth of family of seven. Eberechi attended St. Saviour British Primary School and Victory Grammar School, Lagos, while she obtained a degree in Geography from University of Lagos. Yemi in 2005 made her debut in all-girl group called Noty Spices.
