She’s well known as the founder and CEO of NyoNyo Essentials. This food brand and well-known catering service is focused on Ghanaian foods and has maintained a great 10-year record. All her dream from her childhood years was to own a restaurant, all thanks to her mother, according to her who is a great cook and a food business owner. Her mother inspired her so much to pursue a career as a restauranteur.
While growing up she lost touch with her dreams and started working at TNS. Then in 2014, Chichi Yakubu decided to make a move, left TNS, and give her whole time to her business NyoNyo Essentials which was already running while working with TNS.

Chichi Equomah, now Chichi Yakubu, and her husband Farouk got married in 2016. They are blessed with twins.
