Belinda
Effah is a Nigerian actress and also a presenter. She was born in Cross River State in Southern part of Nigeria. She attended her primary
education at Hillside Nursery and Primary school
and secondary education
at Nigerian Navy secondary school in Port Harcourt. Her tertiary
education is at University of Calabar where she studied Genetics and
Bio-Technology.

She started her acting career when she first featured in the 2005 TV series Shallow Waters. Others include: Blood in the Lagoon, Refugees and Oracles Online, The Folly and many others.
