Lindiwe Mazibuko is a musician and politician born on 9 April 1980 in Swaziland into a mixed-race family. She is notable as the country’s fourth youngest parliamentarian after the African National Congress’s Mduduzi Manana, Congress of the People’s Luzelle Adams and her DA colleague Masizole Mnqasela. She finished high school at St Mary’s DSG in Kloof in 1997 and went ahead to pursue a Bachelor of Music at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Later in 2006, she obtained a BA (French, Classics, Media & Writing) at the University of Cape Town in 2006 and a BA Honours (Political Communication) in 2007. From Mybiohub research, Lindiwe is the former Parliamentary Leader for the opposition Democratic Alliance (DA).
