Nikoletta Samonas, popularly known as Nikki Samonas was born on 5 September, 1985. She is a Ghanaian actress and model. Nikki was born to a Greek father and a Ghanaian mother. She initially became famous after her role in the film ‘My First Wife’ alongside Nigerian actor Jim Iyke.
Samonas graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) with bachelor of arts degree in TV production and majoring in editing and animation.
Nikki came to limelight in 2005 after she featured in the tv series Ladies and Gentlemen which was produced by the makers of “things we do for love tv series which she also starred in.
Throughout her acting career, she has worked with top actors and actresses from around africa like Ini Edo,Tonto Dike, Clem Ohameze, Jim Iyke, Rita Dominic, John Dumelo, Nadia Buari, Yvonne Nelson, Jackie Appiah, Majid Michel and others.
Nikki was the presenter on the African Movie Review show produced by Farmhouse Productions from 2010 through to 2011 and also had her first modeling commercial break for high fashion jeweler Chris Aire in Hollywood in 2011. She also join local tv station tv Africa to host their morning show.
