Jokate Mwegelo hails from Tanzania. She is an actress and a TV personality who rose to fame back in 2006 when she participated in the popular Miss Tanzania beauty contest and won the Redds Fashion Ambassador, Citizen newspaper Ambassador but ended up as the first runner-up.
