She was born on June 25, 1987 in the North West province of South Africa and is famous for hosting the South African television entertainment programs Live Amp (on the SABC 1 channel) and Top Billing (on SABC 3). Bonang started presenting at the tender age of 15 on a show called Manhattan’s Fantasy Challenge which was then preceded by the Reggies Rush and School TV and lately the Illovo Sweet Surprise.
