Bubu Mazibuko Biography – Age

Bubu Mazibuko was born on December 13, 1975 in Soweto, South Africa. She is a South African actress and casting director. Following the conflict, riots and apartheid in her country when she was born, Bubu was sent to Swaziland, where she attended as a boarder at the Florence Christian Academy and later came back to her country in 1991. She went ahead to study Fine Arts until an opportunity arose to study film at the New York Film Academy which she took.

Bubu have featured in the following TV shows; Yizo Yizo, Zero Tolerance, Gaz’lam, Behind the Badge, Jozi Streets and the role of receptionist Phumla in the drama series Tshisa. Other roles Bubu have played include role of Inspector Chakela on the third season of the SABC1 drama series Home Affairs, from May – August 2007, role of Milhoti, a single mother who shares a large room with four others, divided by a thin curtain.
