Jessica Nkosi was born January 20, 1990 in Esikhawini, Empangeni KwaZulu-Natal province. She is an actress that hails from South Africa. Best known for her performance in Mzansi Magic telenovela-turned-soap-opera isiBaya where she plays the role of Qondi with fellow actress Nomzamo Mbatha.

She studied at University of KwaZulu-Natal where she began as a Law student but according to what she told Bona magazine in an interview she failed criminal law in her second year and later switched to Drama and Performing Arts where she graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in the same school. Jessica’s acting career began in earnest after her studies.
