Khabonina Qubeka was born on January 22, 1981 in Orlando West Extension, Soweto. She is a South African actress, choreographer, dancer, singer and an entrepreneur. Raised in Johannesburg, Khabonina Qubeka studied at Queen’s High School Kensington and later got a dance diploma with Moving Into Dance.
The beautiful lady is famously known for her role as the third Doobsie (after Lindiwe Chibi and Khanyisile Mbau) on the SABC2 soapie Muvhango, from 2006-2007. She was a judge on the SABC1 reality competition Dance Your Ass Off, from 2010-2011 and also on e.tv reality dance competition Step Up or Step Out for its second season, in 2012. Khabonina Qubeka trained the cubs for The Lion King theatre production at Monte Casino in dance and acting workshops in 2007. She have also won some awards such as FNB Dance Umbrella Award and danced in Sun International’s Sun City ODYSSEY Extravaganza.
