Phemelo Motene Ngcobo hails from South Africa. She is an actress and an entrepreneur. She is popular for featuring in SABC3 comedy series One Way, from 2006-2007 where she played the role of Felicia Mghatse. Phemelo launched her own brand of diamonds some years ago.
