Juary Soares (Mafra, Portugal)

Juary Soares was born on 20th February 1992. He is a footballer from Bissau-Guinea who plays as a defender for Mafra club,Portugal and Guinea Bissau National team.

Club career

Juary Soares started his football career from Sporting B on 2012 and he played for just one year.
On 13 January 2013, Juary played his first game with Sporting B in a 2012–13 Segunda Liga match against Oliveirense.

International career

Born in Guinea-Bissau, but raised in Portugal. Juary Soares was named by the Guinea Bissau national football team for their 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualification matches against Kenya, and he played his first match which resulted to 1-0 win for Guinea.
Guinea Bissau qualified for African Nations cup 2017 for the first time.

Juary Soares scored the equalizing goal in stoppage time against host country Gabon on their debut game of the tournament.
