Loyiso Gola Biography – Age

Loyiso Gola is a stand-up comedian born on May 16, 1983 in the Cape Town township of Gugulethu. He is a  South African and hails from Xhosa precisely. Best known as the co-creator and anchor of the late-night satirical news television series Late Nite News with Loyiso Gola on e.tv and eNCA which was launched in 2010.

While growing up, he performed a stand-up opening act for comedian Marc Lottering at his high school at Zonnebloem Nest Senior School in Woodstock. Loyiso won the Sprite Soul Comedy and was named one of Mail & Guardian’s 200 Young South Africans, in the Media & Film category
