Chichi Igbo Biography – Age, Clubs, Titles

Retired Danish footballer ChiChi Igbo was born on 1st May 1986 in Isiochi, Abia state of Nigeria. She started her career in 2000 with FCT Queens of Abuja. and in 2002, she graduated to the Capital Queens, a youth tournament in Denmark. Chi chi was named the best player and moved a year later to Fortuna Hjørring in Denmark.

In 2005 and 2011 she was elected player of the season of the Cup competition and also during the seasons 2008/09 and 2009/10 she with her team Fortuna Hjørring won the Danish title. She retired from Denmark in 2006 after 14 years with the club where she won four league titles and three Cup titles with her team in Denmark.

Since 2004, she has played for the Nigeria women’s national football team and represented her country at the 2007 FIFA Women’s World Cup in China.
