Born 1 March, 1978, from Maitlandis, Irshaad Ally. He is a South African Actor, speaks English and Afrikaans, a graphic designer. He grew to this level of popularity when he contested and in the second season of the reality show Survivor South Africa: Malaysia, in 2007. He was the 8th castaway eliminated from the game.

Ally has since been involved in several television series such as eKasi: Our Stories, When We Were Black, Homeland and Strike Back. Also he was a starring role in the kykNET soap opera Suidooster, set in Cape Town in the fictional suburb of Ruiterbosch.
