You may not know her, Wunmi Mosaku, well she’s a Nigerian-born British actress. Born on 31 July 1986 in Zaria, northern part of Nigeria, she left her country for Manchester, England, where she attended Trinity Church of England High School and Xaverian Sixth Form College. In 2007, she graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and after that, she made her stage debut at the Arcola Theatre in a production of Pedro Calderón de la Barca’s The Great Theatre of the World.

The following year being 2008, Wunmi appeared in the first of the UNDEREXPOSED exhibitions at the National Portrait Gallery designed to raise the profile of black role models and celebrates the talent that exists among the Black British community. Mosaku won the 2017 BAFTA TV Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Gloria Taylor in the TV film Damilola, Our Loved Boy (2016). Her height is 1.72 m.
