Nigerian actress and producer, Cherry Ayilara who is popularly known in Yoruba movies as Sherifat Adenike. She is a graduate of Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo State and currently runs a successful movie production outfit, CJ Movies.
Cherry have always had passion for acting as a child and this inspired to go into acting and then production. She has been in the Nigerian movie Industry since 1989. She trained under the tutelage of Dauda Adeyemo a.k.a Baba Mogona who is in United States of America now.

Cherry has starred in several TV series for Ondo State Radio Television Corporation (OSRC). She then got married and because her husband kicked against acting, she went into movie production and was trained with Odunfa Theatre Arts Group popularly called Odunfa caucus from 2003 – 2006.

She has produced over 10 movies since year 2003. The first movie titled “Ipin Yato”, then “Odun Kan, and also “Oju Orun” which featured Funke Akindele. Her fourth movie was “Adanwo Nla”, and a comedy movie by Nelson Emmanuel titled “Shogunle Ladipo”, “Agbara” and a host others.
Cherry has a daughter, Jumoke Ikudaisi who is also a popular actress.
