Remilekun “Remi” Ayodele was born on 22 April, 1983 and he is a former Nigerian-American football defensive tackle in the National Football League for the New Orleans Saints, Dallas Cowboys and Minnesota Vikings. He played college football at Oklahoma. His older brother Akin Ayodele played linebacker in the NFL.
Remi went undrafted in the 2006 NFL Draft, but was signed as a rookie free agent by the New England Patriots on May 8, before being released, that same year he signed with the Baltimore Ravens and was cut on September 4.
His signings with Clubs and promotions include; Signing by the Dallas Cowboys to the practice squad. He was assigned to the Rhein Fire of NFL Europa. He was released in September, by the Atlanta Falcons, but was released before the season opener in September, On September 11, 2007, he was signed by the Dallas Cowboys for depth purposes, he was signed by the New Orleans Saints to the practice squad. He was promoted to the active roster on October 4. On November 11 he was cut and re-signed to the practice squad again. He was promoted to the active roster again on December 21 and many more.
