Cheikh N’Doye was born on 29 March, 1986 in Rufisque,. He is a Senegalese international footballer who plays as a midfielder for English Championship club Birmingham City and the Senegal national team. He has played for Yakaar, Épinal, Créteil and Angers. He was captain of Angers for 2016–17, and led them to that season’s Coupe de France final in which they lost 1–0 to Paris Saint-Germain.
On 14 July 2017, N’Doye signed a two-year contract with English club Birmingham City, moving on a free transfer. He went straight into the starting eleven for the opening fixture of the 2017–18 season, which Birmingham lost 1–0 away to Ipswich Town. He made his international debut for Senegal in 2014.
