Born in America on April 21, 1991 fitness model, athlete and social media personality, Lauren Findley who is the NPC Champion in 2016.
Lauren has always had great love for the gym but had never concerned herself about her general well being. As a college student, she was living off junk food and alcohol.
After her graduation at the age of 22, she became unhappy with her figure and decided to get to the gym to get into shape.

She began lifting weights in the gym in a bid to become like other fitness models thereby embarking on her fitness journey. In 2015, she entered the NPC Golds Classic Championship in the Figure Novice category but came out 5th. Determined to win the trophy, the following year, she entered the NPC South Jersey Championships in Figure Novice category and emerged as the winner.
This not only increased her popularity but made her a social media star earning over 390,000 followers on Instagram.
