Fitness model and personal trainer Venessa Nieto was born on July 12, 1992 and raised in Southern California, USA. She educates people on health, fitness and beauty related issues.
Venessa stepped into the gym in an effort to gain weight and improve her physique. After years of weightlifting, Venessa gained over 30 pounds of lean muscle on her frame. She has since then become famous for her awesome figure.
