Model, trainer, author and nutrition consultant Natalia Muntean Kern was born on September 11, 1980 in Ukraine where she studied in a small town. She is a health and wellness ambassador and has written books on healthy living.
At the age of 21, she moved to the United States. pursue greater goals and make her mark in the big city. Nathalia struggled through several huddles especially trying to cope with the language barrier and trying to adjust to the new environment.

She began her modelling career at the age of 24 starting off as a bikini competitor and has won many international beauty awards including Ms Bikini Universe 2008 3RD place, Ms Bikini Florida 2008 1st place and Fitness Model World Champion.
Natalia has featured in almost 30 magazine covers worldwide till now. She has written contents related to health and fitness for 12 magazines on every continent and her work was translated into many languages worldwide.
