Neil Joseph William Sandilands was born 1 May, 1975 in Randfontein, South Africa. He is a South African actor and filmmaker. Neil is known for his versatility in film making as well as his television work. In 2016, he had recurring roles on SundanceTV’s Hap and Leonard as Paco and The CW’s The 100 as Titus. In 2017, Sandilands joined the main cast of The CW series The Flash, playing Clifford DeVoe / The Thinker.

Other credits include guest star and recurring guest on House MD, The Americans, NCIS LA. 2017 sees him starring in the Indie biopic on Frank Sinatra “Eternity” as Zinneman, as well as The Drone. Sandilands has been living in Los Angeles since 2011.

He has won several awards for his work in television, theatre and film. He is also a recipient of the South African Academy of Arts and Sciences award. In 2014 he received a Clio as director. He is represented by Abrams Artists Agency (USA) and Levity Entertainment Group. He is indeed a super hero actor who till date still ring in the hear and mind of his fans.
