Juma Jux is an award winning R&B singer and founder of the East African music group Wakacha, who are known for hits such as “Facebook Gal” and “Here We Go.” He was born on September 1, 1989 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
He is also popular as a solo artist for singles such as “Napata raha,” “Napo Kuwa Nawe,” and “Mwambie yeye.”

At the age of 16, Jux started his music career first as a rap singer and later switched to R&B. He has been named one of the most fashionable musicians in East Africa by fashion magazines such as BaabKubwa and Mzuka.
He has also worked with several Tanzanian artists like Vanessa Mdee.
