Temidayo Abudu is a producer with Ebony Life TV whose latest work, she is the person behind a TV reality show entitled: On The Real which made waves in the year 2017. She is a graduate of Royal Holloway, London and majored in Management and Marketing always had a passion for TV right from her university days and finally settled as a producer.
She is also an advocate of Healthy living, weight loss and recently launched a healthy lifestyle company called Healthy Options by Ted, an initiative that was inspired by her weight loss journey. She revealed through her first newsletter to prospective clients that she was overweight.
After trying a plethora of diets, she made a lifestyle change and she started eating healthy, exercising and enrolled in a residential boot camp and she finally lost over 20kg.
Her healthy lifestyle company offers various products and services including a stay over boot camp, granola bars, smoothies, sandwiches and more. She joined the Ebonylife TV team where she works as a producer.
She has done well in the entertainment industry, she co-directed the great Nollywood movies titled; The Royal Hibiscus Hotel The Wedding Part 2 along side with other of her colleagues.
