Adenike Oyetunde is a lawyer, radio presenter and founder of Amputees United. She had her primary education at Command, Bonny Camp and then secondary education at Queens College, Yaba. She then went on to Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye where she landed a degree in law.
While in second year in the University, she slipped and landed on my right knee which caused an incessant pain that would not go away. Later, she was diagnosed with Osteogenic Sarcoma (a malignant bone tumor) and was told her right leg needs to be amputated in order to save my life. After 6 months of trial and error with other methods and medical advice, she agreed to have her leg cut off.

Despite her challenges and the difficult reality of living with an amputated leg, she still managed to complete her studies in the university with a law degree. She is currently working in OAP with Nigerian Info Fm.
