Simeon Tochukwu Nwankwo popularly known as Simy is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Italian club Crotone in the Serie B.
Simy was born on May 7, 1992 in Onitsha, Anambra State where he started his football career. He first started playing football with Future Hope Academy, Nkpor and from there went on to play for a local side called G.U.O FC before he joined amateur side Imo United in 2009.
In August 2010, Simy left for Portugal where he joined the youth team of Portimonense but later made it to their senior side. In 2013, he joined another Portuguese side, Gil Vicente, where he played in the top division (Primeira Liga) before they got relegated to the Liga pro.

In 2016, he joined Crotone and scored three goals in 21 appearances in his first season with the Italian club. Since the start of his professional football career from 2011, Simy has made 217 appearances and scoring 61 goals.

In June 2018, he was named in Nigeria’s final 23 man squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. He made his first appearance at the match against Croatia.
