Oludolapo Osinbanjo is the wife of the Vice president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the grand-daughter of Obafemi Awolowo, the First Premier of the Western Region. Her mother was Ayo Soyode, the now deceased older sister of the more well-known Awolowo daughter, Tokunbo Awolowo Dosunmu. She is the only daughter of her parents and she has two brothers.
She is a qualified lawyer and a writer who has written many books including the popular book titled ‘They Call Me Mama!’ which chronicles her experiences interacting with and reforming street boys in Lagos Island. Dolapo is a fervent Christian and the author of a daily devotional book titled “Let us Pray”.
