Popular Oladotun Ojuolape Kayode aka “DO 2d TUN” is known as one of the most popular celebrities in the Nigerian entertainment world. He is a dancer/choreographer, voice-over artiste, sound engineer, master of ceremonies(MC), Public Speaker and most of all a broadcaster who is enviable to his peers. He has come to find out the dignity of hard work, the reward of perseverance and satisfaction of success in his chosen endeavours.

Dotun was born in 1984 in Lagos State to a mother who’s a nurse and a father who’s a civil engineer. His passion for the arts began when he fell in love with the flawlessly supreme dance moves of the King of Pop Michael Jackson and the wild stage antics of soul brother number 1, James Brown. He craved to move like these two entertainers and this led him to begin dancing as part of the group called IGNITE just after he passed out from highschool. His skills as a dancer eventually landed him in music videos for such A-list artists such as D’Banj and DJ Zeez.

Dotun’s drive for all things entertainment and media steered his mind towards Mass Communication when it was time to choose a course at the university. With his life-long dream of becoming a broadcaster, he chose the Lagos State University (LASU) for his studies where he was from 2001-2007. Even though he specialized in Advertising and Public Relations, his love for broadcasting made it paramount for him to work at a radio station. He began as an intern at Cool F.M 96.9 in Lagos where he built his ‘muscle’ as a presenter and a voice-over artiste and hosting such shows as ‘The Sunday Afternoon Show’, ’Chevrolet Football Fans’ Time’, ‘Love Zone ‘, All-nite Cafe’,once the assistant head of production before he presently anchors ‘The Mid-Day Oasis’ & ‘Cool Best 20’ show that airs in four major states in Nigeria

This Ondo boy has in the course of his stint at Cool F.M interviewed some of the biggest names in Nigerian & international entertainment: I have interviewed Chiddy bang,MIMs,Maino,Ron Browz,Don jazzy,Tiwa savage,Chris Aire, Tichina Arnold (Chris mom in Everybody hates Chris); salt n PEPA, Lynn Whitfield (in the movie “this line between love and hate with Martin Lawrence) ..anchored events with Guinness Snapp launch in PH & Abuja, Hennessy artistry ,Barcardi pool party in 3 locations,valentine party by Top tea; Copa Lagos concert for 3 days, high impact concert in dec; classic DJ concert, Battle of the dance show powered by power horse, official voice over artist for MTN project fame etc ..also interviewed tonnes of Nigeria music artist from Tuface Idibia, Don Jazzy,Dbanj, eLDee Tha Don, Mo’ Cheddah to WizKid, M.I, Banky W, Ice Prince, Olamide, Waje, Bez, Chidimaekile Etc
