Abongile Mangala Bio – Age

Abongile Mangala (25) who is the founder and CEO of Mangala A Communications,
the brains behind the “Annual Abongile Mangala Youth Celebration – Gospel
versus Comedy and Poetry”, Motivational speaker, events promoter and MC was
born and bred in Luphilisweni location, a small village in Mbizana EC.
 He is with no doubt the inspiration to the youth of Mbizana and South African
Youth at large. Having made it from dusty village of Luphilisweni through all the
struggles he’s been through to breaking through to Ukhozi FM, The best and
leading radio station in the country with the listenership of 7.7 million Listeners.
Abongile was the first ever Xhosa speaking motivational speaker to be accepted on
Ukhozi FM. His journey is a book that every young mind wants to read for

Abongile has also been featured on SABC 2’s ‘’It’s Gospel Time” with Dr. Rebecca
Malope both in the 13th and 14th season, the latest being the 24th of January 2016.
The show has a viewership of an estimated 10 million viewers per episode.
Mr. Mangala has recorded his first ever Motivation DVD at the well renowned
Durban Play House on the 28th of November 2015. The live recording was attended
by more than five hundred people (500) coming from the provinces of the Eastern
Cape and KwaZulu Natal.

The event saw four national gospel artists namely, Thina Zungu, Andile Mbili, Babo
Ngcobo and Fikile Mlomo serenade the packed Durban Play House. His Motivation
The Lift Of Life Motivation DVD is a 55 minutes power packed talk that has 6
chapters in it.
The Project has had a lot of people talk about it because of its content. Everyone
relates to the topics Abongile touches in the DVD. In The DVD he tackles issues of
relationships, everyday normal challenges, family related issues and solutions to
self-esteem issues and more.
