Born on Diezani Alison-Madueke (nee Agama) was born on 6 December 1960 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria to Chief Frederick Abiye Agama. She is a Nigerian politician who has a very attractive educational qualification, she studied Architecture in England and then at Howard University in the United States which she graduated from in 1992. In the early 1990s she joined Shell Petroleum Development Corporation and still went ahead to attend Cambridge University for her MBA degree in 2002.
Diezani got married in 1999 to Admiral Allison Madueke (retired), one-time Chief of Naval Staff. She has served in the following capacities; first female President of OPEC, Nigeria’s minister of transportation and Minister of Petroleum Resources under the former president of Nigeria Goodluck Jonathan.
