Ameh was born on September 25, 1997, in Jos, Nigeria. Growing up, she always had a passion for acting and modeling. After high school, she moved to Lagos to pursue her acting career. She began modeling and soon landed the role of Princess in a Yoruba movie titled Inimical Intruders by director Tope Oshibambo. It was released in April 2015 and made her famous among the Yoruba-speaking audience. She went on to star in several other Yoruba movies such as Eso Eeke, Jaiye Jaiye
