Elizabeth Omowunmi Tekovi Da Silva popularly known as Liz Da Silva is a Nigerian (Nollywood) actress and producer born on 10 May 1978 in Obalende to Togolese parents. She features mostly in Yoruba indigenous movies and started her professional acting career in 2004 when she was introduced by star actress Iyabo Ojo.

She has featured in movies alongside Regina Chukwu, Iyabo Ojo, adediwura adesegha, and many others. Liz Da Silva has always loved acting from her early years. While in high school, she participated in school dramas. Her fame began when she featured in these two movies; the first titled Wakati Meta by Wale Lawal and the movie titled Omidan by Iyabo Ojo. The ever-young-looking woman won 2018 Best of Nollywood Awards as Best Supporting Actress –Yoruba. She’s also a movie producer and made her debut as one in 2012 when she produced a movie titled Mama Insurance.
Back in 2013, she converted from Christianity to Islam. According to her, the one she sees as her role model is Nigerian actress Bukky Wright. Her social accounts have grown massively, especially her Instagram account which has gained more than 1.7 million followers and still counting.
